Co-Score & Courtside

Share a live score with everyone on court

Co-Score & Courtside — Features

One score, on every screen.

  • 01

    Everyone can score

Every player in the match with an account can keep score — from iPhone or Apple Watch, whoever has a hand free.

  • 02

    One rally, one point

Two players tapping the same rally make one point, not two. Nobody has to decide who's in charge of the score.

  • 03

    Your opponent's watch too

The score, the serve and the set update on every phone and watch in the match the moment a point is entered.

  • 04

    On the lock screen

A Live Activity shows the score and the moment — break, set or match point — on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.

  • 05

    Follow a friend live

Watch a friend's match point by point in the app, or pin it to your lock screen without opening Voleo.

  • 06

    Cheer from the side

Send a cheer while they play, and get told when a friend you chose starts a match — only that friend.

How live scoring works

  • Invite your opponent — they accept in the app
  • Start the match on iPhone or Apple Watch
  • Anyone in the match taps who won the point
  • Every phone and watch in the match updates at once
  • Friends who may see your matches can watch live
  • The result lands in every player's stats

Live sync needs a connection on the phones in the match. Opponents added by name as guests don't have an account, so they can't score themselves — invite them and they can. The Apple Watch app is being tested on real hardware ahead of release.

Co-Score & Courtside — FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can my opponent see the score on their own phone?

Yes. If they're in the match with their own account, their phone and Apple Watch show the same score the moment either of you enters a point.

What happens if we both tap the same point?

It counts once. Two taps for the same side by different players within a few seconds are one rally, so you never end up a point ahead by accident.

Can friends watch my match live?

Yes — anyone who may see your matches can follow them live in the app and on their lock screen. Make your profile private and only the people you follow can.

Does live sharing work for padel and pickleball?

Yes, for tennis, padel and pickleball, in singles and doubles.

Do I need an internet connection?

For sharing, yes — the score travels through the internet between the phones in the match. The watch passes its taps to the iPhone it's paired with.
